Energy certification of buildings

The energy certificate of the building is a document valid for 10 years from the date of construction. It determines the energy class of buildings, contains information on energy consumption, and state of the building in relation to energy efficiency. The energy certification also provides a proposal for measures to improve the energy performance of the building in a cost-effective way to reduce energy consumption. The energy certification of the building is carried out by an authorized construction company or persons registered in the register of the Ministry of Construction and Physical Planning.
