We are checking for real estate in land registers for you and we are obliged to warn you if there are restrictions on it. Our task is to connect the buyer and seller and eliminate any possible misunderstandings during negotiations that may arise between the buyer and the seller. If you decide to buy or sell, some of the terms you will encounter are: pre-contract, contract, permitted property registration, deposit, legalization, building conditions, energy certificate of buildings, marital status, cultural heritage. Because of the above, it is important to use the services of an agent with experience.  We work legally, including the implementation of a sales contract in land registers (registration).
