An apartment for sale in a new building in Zadar, Melada (Maslina) district.

The facade system is made of 10 cm thick styrofoam (the Rofix facade system). All window sills are aluminum, and the inner ones are stone 3 cm thick.

Great attention is paid to the environment around the building. The gardens and parking lots are separated from the private yards of the apartments on the ground floor with a wall and a lock fence (galvanized). In this way, the privacy of the tenants is preserved.
The yard around the building at the entrance to the building and the parking lot is paved with concrete blocks.
